RYAN MARSHReturning for his sixth year as Head Instructor of the Salmon Arm Hockey School. Outstanding hockey career in the WHL with the Tri-City Americans, All-Canadian with the Alberta Golden Bears of the CIAU, currently with The Hockey Program in Edmonton. Presently assistant coach with the Fort Saskatchewan Traders of the AJHL.
Aaron KonescniAaron Konescni is a Hockey Specific Power Skating and Skills specialist. He is also a Hockey Specific Off-ice Trainer. Aaron has been developing players in the NHL, AHL, German Elite League, NCAA, WHL, BCHL and many Minor Hockey associations across Canada since 1998. He is one of 4 head instructors with SD23 Hockey Canada's Skills academies in Kelowna since 2002.
Richard Mackenzie
Played four years at St Mary's University with the Huskies. From then, went to the San Diego Gulls of the now-defunct West Coast Hockey League. Worked numerous hockey schools and camps including operating his own for six years in Truro, and two summers in the Okanagan Hockey School in Penticton. He has an extensive background in Power Skating.
Aaron Hoffman
The Hockey School welcomes the return of Aaron Hoffman to this years instructional team. Presently head coach of the North Okanagan Minor Hockey Association and the Head Instructor of the Hockey Canada Skills Academy in the Vernon District. With Aaron's Power Skating background, he will be a tremendous asset to the Hockey School staff.
Shea WeberShea Weber is a sixth year guest instructor at the Hockey School. He was a member of the Gold Medal winning Team Canada at the World Junior Championship for 2004/2005. He was also a member of the Kelowna Rockets when they won the Memorial Cup in 2003/2004. He is presently playing for the Nashville Predators in the N.H.L. Shea will also be instructing the popular Defencemen Program if his schedule permits.
Aaron GagnonFormer allstar with the Seattle Thunderbirds of the WHL. Drafted by the Phoenix Coyotes of the NHL. Now property of the Dallas stars.
Scott JacksonScott is a graduate of Salmon Arm Minor Hockey. He is presently an outstanding defenceman with the Seattle Thunderbirds in the WHL. He played in Don Cherry’s prospect game in 2005. This is his sixth year with the Hockey School. Drafted by the St Louis Blues in the N.H.L.
Randy QuackenbushRandy returns for his eigth year at the Salmon Arm Hockey School. He is presently Assistant Coach of the Salmon Arm Silverbacks. Randy is a certified Advanced II coach. He brings a wealth of technical ockey knowledge and strategies to the school.
Jerred Smithson
Currently with the Nashville Predators of the NHL. Outstanding WHL player with the Calgary Hitmen.
Cody Franson
Led the Vancouver Giants to the Memorial Cup in 2006-07. WHL allstar and member of Team Canada world junior championship team in 2007. Drafted by the Nashville Predators and now currently playing in Milwaukee.
